Saturday Breakfast: Turkish Toast
How about a nice breakfast to keep you going until second breakfast?
I love making a classic breakfast with a twist. This breakfast is a fun little spin on French toast.
1 Pide (Turkish bread)
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
Raspberries or any other type of fruits you like
Powdered sugar
Cut the pide into thick slices of ca 2 cm.
Mix the eggs and milk and whisk together. Poor into a deep plate or dish.
Dip the bread into the egg mixture and turn. Do not soak it!
Fry or grill each slice a few minutes on both sides till golden and crispy.
Place on plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve with the raspberries. You can serve any fruit you like, but I like the tanginess of the raspberries with the sweetness of the toast.

Wonderful blog! Do you have any tips and hints for aspiring writers?
I’m hoping to start my own blog soon but I’m a little
lost on everything. Would you advise starting with a free platform like WordPress or go for
a paid option? There are so many options out there that I’m
totally confused .. Any recommendations? Appreciate it!
Amazing blog! Is your theme custom made or did you download it from somewhere?
A design like yours with a few simple tweeks would really make my blog
shine. Please let me know where you got your design. Thanks a lot
